Alexir is a privately owned company with 85 staff and has a freehold site of 27,000 sq ft based near Gatwick, within easy reach of the UK motorway system.
Our turnover for 2007 was £9.5 million and we produce in the region of 150 million cartons per annum, the majority of which is for the UK retail and single use foodservice markets. Complementary to this is our specialist cosmetics, toiletries and pharmaceutical packaging service.
In-house design facilities comprise three experienced cardboard engineers and four graphic designers all focused specifically towards our client needs and requirements.
We have an NPD and technical support team whose focus is to innovate and deliver new packaging concepts to our sales team to present to our clients. These are designed with full supply chain requirements in mind in conjunction with current retailer and consumer needs.
In addition to carton manufacture we have an extensive network of Specialist Global Sourcing.
