Customer Services Executive

The Alexir Partnership is recruiting a Customer Services Executive. This role is both key and central to daily operations in the business.

Job Role

This role is both key and central to daily operations in the business. Priority is to provide an impeccable service whilst forging strong relationships with customers, External Sales, who are often off site and other members of the Alexir team alike. Often Internal Sales are the first point of contact for most clients; you will be managing your own workload ensuring enquiries are answered promptly, their orders booked accurately, and their jobs delivered on time, to the correct location and in the condition that they expect.

It is an exciting and demanding role that will give you a unique chance to play a key role in an industry that is core to what we see on our shelves every day!

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Customer-focused.

Able to deal with people at all levels, both within and outside the Company.

Works well with colleagues and is keen to be part of a team.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising own workload.

Able to work to tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure.

Self-motivated.

Good telephone manner.

A flexible approach to the working day to meet customer demands.
