Litho printing for precision at scale
We produce over 350 million cartons annually on our lithographic presses, primarily for the FMCG market. Our Rapida 106 press features 8 printing units and 2 coaters, achieving a wide range of effects and finishes.
Digital printing that’s agile, fast, and flexible
Our digital workflow includes a Xerox iGen 5 printer with a Tresu Pinta coater, enabling high-speed, short-run production with variable data capability. This setup allows us to offer samples on demand and produce personalised packaging efficiently.
Folding and construction that’s engineered to deliver
Our folding and glueing lines are designed for precision and efficiency, ensuring every carton is built to exact specifications. From simple sleeves to intricate multi-point glued cartons, we handle a wide range of packaging constructions.
