1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember things about your visit. Some are essential to make the site work. 2. How consent works on this site

4. How our advertising cookies are used
With your consent to advertising cookies:
- Google Ads measures which adverts and searches lead to enquiries. When you submit a form, a hashed (scrambled and unreadable) version of your email address or phone number may be sent to Google to match your enquiry to an ad click. This is called enhanced conversions.
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing) does the same for Bing adverts using its UET tag, including hashed enhanced conversions.
- LinkedIn measures which LinkedIn adverts lead to enquiries and builds audiences of website visitors for our campaigns. Where consented, LinkedIn may also match a hashed version of your contact details to LinkedIn members to improve measurement.
- Google Analytics 4 with Google Signals links visits across devices for signed-in Google users and lets us build advertising audiences based on how people use our site.
Hashing scrambles your details into a fixed code before anything leaves our website. The platforms can only use it to check whether it matches an account they already hold; they cannot read your original details from it.
5. Managing cookies
The easiest way is the cookie settings link in our website footer, where you can grant or withdraw consent per category at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; aboutcookies.org explains how for every major browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
You can also opt out directly with the platforms: Google at adssettings.google.com, Microsoft at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings, and LinkedIn at linkedin.com/psettings/advertising. Industry opt-outs are available at youronlinechoices.eu.
